Biography:Harrish Bisnauthsing is familiar face in Stamford, hardly surprising since he has lived here with his wife Pamela and their four children since 1972. He is well-known as a local councillor, having been elected to Stamford Town Council in 1987. He has since served on many council committees and was elected Mayor of Stamford in 2002-2003. He now also serves on South Kesteven District Council. Harrish is a local businessman; following 12 years of service in the Royal Air Force as a Computer and Radar System Engineer, he formed his own IT company. He was later recruited by a national company as a computer engineer, where he works today. When he has time Harrish enjoys a game of squash, swimming, reading and photography.
